Earlier this month we posted an item that said that Gwen Stefani could be heading to court over bags she was designing for a company called Schifter & Partners. Tim Schifter, the firm’s boss, used to head Brand Science which does business as Le Sportsac and which was apparently bringing the action against Schifter. However, we’ve since found out Gwen is not facing any legal action. That’ll be a relief for the ‘Hollaback Girl’ who just weeks ago had baby Kingston James ocGregor Rossdale. [19 June 2006]
