They’ve been divorced for nearly a year, but Guy Ritchie is still talking about his superstar ex-wife. Asked about Madonna in a recent interview, Guy started off with praise, saying, “Madonna makes things happen. Put Madonna up against any 23-year-old, she’ll outwork them, out-dance them and outperform them. The woman is broad.”
But the British director still seems to be harbouring some resentment, adding, “I still love her. But she’s retarded.”
Guy’s insult comes almost exactly 12 months after oadge took a swipe at her ex on stage, calling him “emotionally retarded”. Soon afterwards, Guy told friends that making love to his former flame was like “cuddling up to a piece of gristle”.
