‘Bones’ star Emily Deschanel (34) is over-the-moon that she’s expecting her first baby, but her growing baby bump is causing some problems for her day job.
Emily is pregnant to husband David Hornsby, but isn’t sure how much it will affect the next series of the show in which she play Dr Temperance “Bones” Brennan. “I imagine you’re going to see Brennan behind a microscope a lot next season,” says Emily. “I think there’s gonna be a lot of close-ups.”
She said it was unlikely that the issue would be resolved by writing the pregnancy as part of her character’s storyline. “I am not gonna say no, never say never, I guess, but I think it’s unlikely,” reveals Emily. “I feel like that would change things so much.”
