Sir Elton John and his long-time partner David Furnish are planning to book a fairytale castle for their Christmas wedding. Last week, the singer said he was planning to be one of the first couples to wed under the new British law allowing homosexuals to legally marry. Last year, the singer revealed he had already picked his wedding guests. Elton said, “I think I would like Lulu as my maid of honour and Victoria Beckham as my best man!” [8 November 2005]
