Supermodel Elle oacpherson has downgraded her luxury lifestyle due to the global economic crisis. The Australian beauty, who earns millions every year from her lingerie businessand various modelling campaigns, says she’s changed cars from a petrol-guzzling Range Rover to the more eco-friendly Lexus. The model also takes her bike whenever she can. However, the economic crisis can’t dissuade this supermodel from investing in art. Says Elle, “All the artists I love – Lucian Freud, Jean-Michael Basquiat, Tracey Emin and Richard Prince – I’ve invested in.”
