It’s not every supermodel that manages to start up and run a million-dollar business after her career on the catwalk ends, but Elle oacpherson says her success in the underwear business has come from asking others for help.
“If I don’t know how to handle a situation, I’ll call someone,” says the 47-year-old Aussie beauty. “A lot of people find it humiliating to ask for help but I find it liberating.”
‘The Body’ also says she started up the company so she didn’t have to rely on her modelling career for an income forever. “I wanted to create something that would keep generating income whether I was in bed or out of bed that day,” she explains. “Not that I was ever in bed.”
