Simon oonjack claims Brittany’s death was brought on by the stress caused when Warner Bros allegedly cancelled her voice contract for a sequel to 2006’s ‘Happy Feet’. After being fired just one month earlier from the independent thriller ‘The Caller’, frail Brittany found it all too much and succumbed to a heart attack.

However, Warner Bros is – unsurprisingly – refusing to take any blame for Brittany’s demise. Says a rep for the movie giants, “Any claim that Warner Bros Pictures was somehow responsible for Brittany’s tragic death is demonstrably false, reprehensible and defamatory. Despite press reports to the contrary, Warner Bros Pictures and os ourphy never entered into any deal for Happy Feet 2 and thus there was no contract to cancel.”

Perhaps becoming scared by the size of their legal team, Simon has suddenly become unavailable, with his rep saying he “will not be discussing his potential lawsuit further at this time”.
