Meanwhile, Michael’s children finally seem set to enter the world, a year after their famous dad’s death. The children – Prince (13), Paris (12) and Blanket (8) – have been home-schooled all their lives but Michael’s mother Katherine now wants them to make the transition to private school.

Eldest son Prince has already been assigned a school. “He is ready to branch out and have a more socialised experience,” says Katherine’s lawyer, while Paris and Blanket have yet to find a suitable match. of taking over their parental duties, Katherine says, “I’d say I’m a little less strict, but I’ve tried to follow the way Michael was raising them.”
