Diane Keaton is known for her successful movie career but the veteran actress is now heading to the small screen where she will star in a new HBo comedy series. The actress, who won an oscar for ‘Annie Hall’, will star in the as-yet-untitled project and will play a character who sets up a porn magazine for women. Executive producer Dawn Parouse insists that Diane was the first choice for the role, because she is no stranger to playing feminist roles. Says Dawn, “Diane has been attracted to roles about women exploring their sexuality in films like Something’s Gotta Give.”
