Actor Colin Farrell is offering $30,500 for the return of his lucky belt.
The Horrible Bosses actor was given the leather accessory by his former soccer player father, Eamonn Farrell, but it is thought to have been stolen a few weeks ago and Colin is desperate to get it back.
The superstitious star is thought to have spent almost $6000 repairing it over the years.
“Colin has had this lucky leather belt for so long he just can’t bear to get rid of it. The thing is coming apart at the seams,” a close source says.
Colin is very proud of his father and his successful sporting career.
“Geez, I wish I’d have a f** penny for every time I said to someone in a bar, ‘oy dad is Eamonn Farrell and he used to play for Shamrock Rovers.’
“I have a big scrapbook of newspaper clippings and his jersey – with three shamrocks on the back – in mothballs,” Colin says.
