World-famous cover girl Cindy Crawford believes she is too curvy for today’s modelling industry. The stunning 43-year-old, who recently announced she’d never return to the runway, has stood the test of time better than most models her age but still thinks her body wouldn’t make the catwalk cut.
She says, “I would not have become a supermodel in 2009. I look to healthy. A body like mine with big breasts, normal thighs and toned upper arms is no longer what the industry is looking for.”
Despite this confession, mum-of-two Cindy insists she’s happier than ever in her skin, saying, “That’s why I like being in my forties so much, being at peace with yourself, knowing about your strengths beyond being pretty.”
