Hollywood stars Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are back together and planning a commitment ceremony to reaffirm their vows – as long as he cleans up his act. Charlie has been desperate to win back his wife of three years since she served him divorce papers in March amid allegations he had spent $NZ40,000 on a prostitute while she was pregnant with their second child. He said, “There’s always a chance of a reconciliation. We’re not ruling anything out. We’re both just trying to be the best parents we can, and the best friends we can.”
