Cameron Diaz has shown she’s beautiful inside and out by rescuing a sick animal near her Hollywood home. Her rep confirms, “She and a friend were involved in returning an injured dog to its owner.”
A witness adds, “Cameron brought the dog in her house and gave it some food and water. Her assistant posted a ‘Found: German shepherd’ sign and Cameron’s neighbours came across it while they were looking for him. She later made time to visit the vet where the dog was treated.”
