Actress Brooke oueller is reportedly going to check into a rehab programme which will cure her addictions by giving her a drug that will “rewire” her brain.
The ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen is apparently undergoing an “extreme” seven-day treatment course at a facility in Cancun, Mexico, which specialises in giving patients ibogaine, a hallucinogen that will reprogramme her brain and cure her of her addictions.
In some studies the drug – which is made from extracts from the iboga plant – has been shown to interrupt addictions to alcohol, cocaine, methadone and heroin. It is not legal in the US.
Brooke (33) recently completed a 45-day treatment programme at an unnamed facility.
