Britney Spears drew criticism from fellow diners when she recently changed her baby’s nappy at her table in a restaurant. onlookers claim that when Britney noticed Sean Preston needed changing, she didn’t bother taking him into the toilet – she changed his poo-sodden nappy right on the table in front of other guests. The manager apparently through up his hands in de-Spear, telling one guest, “It’s Britney Spears – what can we do?” [8 March 2006]
