Britney Spears is reportedly considering a move back to her home state of Louisiana – because she’s convinced that her Californian lifestyle is contributing to her marital problems. The pregnant singer, who has been dogged with rumours of a split from husband Kevin Federline, has upgraded her mother Lynne’s house in her hometown of Kentwood so she can stay there. The mayor of Kentwood, Harold Smith, says, “She wants to come home. She’s building more rooms for her growing family. She wants a nursery and some kids’ rooms.” [4 July 2006]
