Brad Pitt was spotted in a posh French restaurant recently looking like he’d been in a battle. Patrons at L’Avenue in Paris claim the `Fight Club’ star looked a little worse for wear when he enjoyed a four-hour dinner with a friend at the elegant eatery. A fellow diner reports, “Brad had a nasty bruise on his face, a swollen lip and eye.” When queried about the handsome actor’s face, his publicist retorted, “There is nothing wrong, he does not have any bruises or cuts.” [27 March 2006]
