Negative press already surrounds Michael Jackson’s father, but this has not stopped Joe Jackson from making plans for a new band – The Jackson Three – with Michael’s young children. According to Jacko’s biographer Ian Halperin, “Joe wants the children to go on a world tour in 2010. He has also already offered recording contracts to two of Michael’s kids. Now he is talking about getting them the world’s best backing band and taking them on tour as The Jackson Three.” Halperin continues, “one of the family members is livid. He is saying Joe seems intent to do this no matter what.” Joe is also after custody of the children in a bid to make his Jackson Three dreams easier to realise, but insiders say that Michael’s mother Katherine and ex-wife Debbie Rowe have struck a deal to exclude Joe from custody rights.
