Beyoncé Knowles is the new target of animal rights campaigners who are furious that her fashion range stocks items made from animal fur. The singer has been bombarded with hate mail since her label, Dereon, started selling clothes made of rabbit and chinchilla fur – and teddy bears made of mink. Campaigners have even threatened to leave carcasses outside the star’s home. Meanwhile, Beyoncé has revealed she once danced unclothed in a room full of guys. During the filming of her `Crazy in Love’ video, the singer admits, “I was dancing so hard that my whole dress fell off in front of all these men.” [15 February 2006]
