Scottish actress Ashley Jensen will leave her role on the hit show Ugly Betty at the end of the current season.
Jensen, who plays Christina is leaving the show to take up a role on a new Jenna Elfman sitcom ‘Accidentally on Purpose’, playing Jenna’s best friend.
The former Dharma and Greg star will be playing a movie critic who finds herself accidentally pregnant.
Ashley won’t be saying goodbye to Ugly Betty forever though – the show’s producers have indicated that she will pop back in for regular guest spots on the show.
