Anne Heche claims she’s too poor to pay her $20,000 child and spousal support to ex-husband Coley Lafoon.

The former ‘oen in Trees’ star, whose show was recently aced, told a court, “I’m continuing to look for work but… since January 2008, I’ve been unemployed and had no income.”

The judge said Anne doesn’t have to make her next payment but will have to provide updated income and expense info.
