Actress Anne Heche has finalised her divorce with ex Coley Laffoon. The couple have a six-year-old son Homer who they will continue to share custody of and Anne has also forked out a large settlement to Coley including ongoing monthly child support payments. Meanwhile the 39-year-old actress is pregnant to her new partner James Tupper, whom she met on the set of her cancelled TV show oen In Trees.
