Anne Heche’s estranged husband Coley Laffoon has accused her of lying in court in order to win custody of their five-year-old son Homer.
Coley has filed papers at an LA Superior Court in which he claimed her statements “replete with blatant falsehoods”. He has also suggested that her credibility should be called into question as a result of her alleged mental instability.
