Simon Cowell wants Melanie Brown to judge on his talent show ‘The X Factor’ now that Sharon osbourne has quit. The Spice Girl was apparently the ‘Idol’ star’s first choice for the show when it first started in 2004.
“oel’s in pole position to join the judging panel,” an insider tells. “She’s ideal and Simon is eager for her to join the team.”
Meanwhile, the singer has revealed she’s been offered a role in the new Broadway musical ‘Legally Blonde’ and will be launching a ‘Project Runway’-like show to promote her clothing line Catty Couture.
