Following the birth of the couple’s son Jameson Moon on December 26, Pink has taken to Instagram to share a photo of the thoughtful ‘push present’ from her husband, motocross rider Carey Hart.
And rather than a lavish piece of jewellery, or a new handbag, it turns out Pink got her very own motorcycle custom built for her by her loving hubby.
“Thanks @hartluck for the push present. I give you babies and you build me motorcycles,” she wrote alongside a snap of herself standing proudly by the bike.
“Some girls like diamonds, I like heavy metal and carbon-fiber [sic] and chrome,” she continued.
The post has garnered plenty of likes, with many commenters chiming in to congratulate the couple on their choice of present.
“I’d rather a bike than diamonds. Good choice girl,” one commenter wrote, while another added, “That’s my kind of gift! Keep the rubber side down lady!”
Pink and Carey wed in 2006 and have two children together, Jameson Moon and their eldest daughter Willow Sage, who will be six this year.
The proud mama – whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore – loves sharing photos of her close-knit family on her social media. After Jameson was born, she posted an adorable snapshot of big sister Willow cuddling her new sibling on Instagram to celebrate the New Year.
“The harts thank you for your love and we send it back to you in spades,” she captioned the sweet moment.
Pink and her husband Carey first began dating in 2001 after meeting at the Summer X Games and eventually tied the knot in 2006.
However, the couple have faced their fair share of rocky patches together – and the “Just Give Me A Reason” singer has been open about the ups and downs of their relationship.
“We’ve had two breaks,” she told Ellen DeGeneres during an interview last year. “The first one [in 2008] was about a year. And the second one [in 2010] was 11 months,” she added, joking that they were “due” for another split.
These days though, Pink isn’t shy about sharing her love for her husband and in January, she posted a sweet message to mark the couple’s 11th wedding anniversary.
