But last week, the reality star – who had an ill-fated romance with Sean Hollands on last year's show – looked ready to pop as she was spotted relaxing at Mullaloo Beach in Perth.
The pregnant reality star positively glowed as she soaked up the sun and surf in a patterned bikini.
Later, she placed a protective hand over her baby bump and smiled.
In October, the Australian edition of Woman's Day revealed that truck driver Susan, 38, was pregnant to a new partner she had met online.
Since starring on the dating show, Susan revealed she'd been bombarded with dating requests.
"I signed up to a dating app Zoosk, five weeks ago and so far, so good ... I've met up with nine men so far," she told us last year.
"It has been very overwhelming how many men have contacted me in such a short time."
"I didn't expect such a massive response! Some of them are absolutely lovely and I would like to meet them again and get to know them better. I don't have any horror stories yet."
And it looks like one of those offers has well and truly worked out as she counts down to motherhood.
Susan and Sean announced their break-up last April, admitting long distance and their hectic work schedules ultimately got in the way.
"With our work rosters… it's only like every six weeks we get to catch up," Sean told A Current Affair at the time.
"Sometime she's on night shift and I'm on day shift, so it's very hard but we send each other a text and chat when we can."
Despite Susan's heartbreak, she got her happy ending after all.
A huge congratulations on the soon-to-be first-time mum!
