Body bits

“Clear nail varnish on verucas.”

“Using a sponge to apply sun cream to kids. Squirt on sponge and very minimal mess. I keep a special sponge for this and it’s so much quicker, easier and less messy. Not sure if I read it on MN but worth repeating. Genius.”

“Use talcum powder on the body to get rid of sand from the beach.”

“Use cheap conditioner on dry hair and nit comb, kid in front of the tv. So much easier than getting the hair wet first.”

Just for mum

“Mooncup. Has literally changed my life, and saved me money.”

“Babyliss Big Hair for me too. Use it all the time, get loads of compliments. I could never blowdry my hair properly before.”

“Use hair conditioner for shaving underarms and legs instead of shaving foam.”

“Oil cleansing: Massage a teaspoon sized amount of extra virgin olive oil into your face, leave for 20 mins, place a squeezed warm/hot flannel over your skin for a few seconds and wipe excess oil etc away. Don’t rinse. I either leave or use organic coconut oil as a moisturiser.
