Women who drink a glass of milk a day while pregnant are more likely to have children who become tall teenagers. Nutrition experts from Iceland, Denmark and the US, studying people born in the late 1980s, have found that the amount of milk their mothers drank while carrying them had a direct bearing on their height during adolescence.
