The moment a sea lion attacked a young girl in Canada has been caught on camera.
Michael Fujiwara was on a wharf in Richmond, British Columbia during the weekend, when a California sea lion appeared nearby.
He filmed as people gathered around, holding their hands over the water.
Soon, however, the animal lunges at a little girl who was sitting on the edge of the water. The sea lion grabbed her, and dragged her into the sea, before a bystander jumped in to rescue her.
The general manager of the Steveston Harbour Authority, Bob Baziuk, told CNN both the girl and the man who saved her were unhurt.
