Teacup of the week: Family matters

Over the teacups

One evening at dinner Dad asked three-year-old Rory, “What do think you’ll be when you grow up?” We were expecting him to say something like a fireman or a policeman, or something similar. But he looked back at him with a frown, and replied in a voice that implied his dad was stupid or something, “Your age, Dad!”
