Screen smart

oy three-year-old granddaughter is such a bright little girl and very quick to learn. Her parents have explained to her all about sunscreen so she knows exactly what it’s for. While I was minding her the other day, we had a rest on the sofa and watched a DVD. When it was finished she got up and touched the screen. “It’s warm, Nana,” she said. “Should I put some sunscreen on it?” I was gobsmacked!

Dancing feet

oaster Four decided to dress himself for the weekend barbecue by selecting a long floral dress and shiny shoes. Upon looking at my own shiny shoes, he proclaimed with joy, “You’ve got shiny dancing shoes and I’ve got shiny dancing shoes. We’ve got the same shoes!”
