A good samaritan has made a huge difference this Christmas but has kept themselves anonymous in the process reports 9News
Someone secretly paid off $20,000 worth of lay-bys at the Massachusetts Toys R Us store, but apparently this is not the first time they have done it.
Staff at the toy store say the “lay-away angel” struck last year also.
Emotional families were thrilled to discover their toys had been paid for.
“As my eyes filled with tears, I vowed to pay it forward as often as I could,” one customer said.
