Now her mum Ariane Wyler has broken her silence, speaking exclusively to Woman’s Day about the harrowing month in which she didn’t know whether her daughter was alive or dead.

“I didn’t sleep; I couldn’t eat,” the Swiss-born, Golden Bay-based 36-year-old says in the moving interview in our latest issue. “I tried not to lose sight of being with her again one day.”

As well as revealing how she found her daughter, Ariane also tells us of the heartbreaking circumstances surrounding Que’s disappearance and her strained relationship with Alan.

Read the dramatic full story and see adorable Que’s family photo album only in the latest issue of Woman’s Day.
