One mother learnt this lesson the hard way after trying to enroll her daughter in dance class.
Taking little Ana along to the class like many other Edmonton, Canada mums, Sonja Malaniuk was told her daughter couldn’t join in.
“We were told she wasn’t welcome, she wasn’t to their standards,” the mum told Global News.
But after being shunned by one dance studio, Sonja found Amanda’s Academy of Dance, who were more than happy to take her on.
