Chuck Esterly is living proof that dreams really do come true to those who wait.
The resident at Sycamore Senior Centre in Blue Ash, Ohio, could be excused for living a quiet life. Most of his peers probably enjoy playing lawn bowls or pottering in the garden. But Chuck had always dreamt of becoming a comedian, so, at the tender age of 89, he decided to give it a go!
The video above shows him breaking a leg in his debut – fortunately not literally! Performing like a professional, he quickly had the audience in stitches.
