Having known each other for seven years and had their young son Cooper, Yvonne says that intimacy and fun was key for their nuptials.
They wed at the historic Scott Homestead in Mahurangi regional park, and were joined by 30 of their closest friends and family.
The beachy vintage-themed wedding was followed by a spit roast at the beach, and the lucky pair went on to enjoy a European honeymoon.
