As this gorgeous bride says, she and her new husband have done everything backwards – first they bought a house together, then they had two children, and eight years after meeting, they’ve finally married.
The pair started spending time together after meeting at Emma’s 25th birthday party, at which time Emma was a single mum to two-year-old Cody.
Paul and Cody got on like a house on fire and the now 10-year-old gave Emma away at the wedding at St Margaret’s Café in Karaka.
That was a moment Emma will always cherish – it still brings tears to her eyes every time she remembers it.
