A handful of married women shared their plans for their dresses on social media website Whisper – and the answers range from the business-like to the highly sentimental.
I donated it to a company that makes them into tiny outfits for premature babies that have passed away.
I will sell mine. It’s so poof and takes up a lot of space. I’ll buy furniture for our new hose instead.
I got it cleaned and preserved…it’s now boxed up in my spare room.
I got a simple, cheap, gorgeous dress that I was able to combine well in my sense of style. Everytime I wear it out I feel good and my husband gets all cute and stuttery.

My idiot husband sold it at a garage sale while I was at work…for $5!
Sometimes, I wear mine while sitting at home watching Netflix and eating mac and cheese.
I had the bottom cropped off to make it a knee-length dress for my daughter.
I sold it. I don’t need it any more.
My dress is hanging in my grandma’s closet. It was her wedding dress, and also my mum’s wedding dress, so I would like to hopefully have a daughter to pass it down to.
