Quick and easy garlic butter
Garlic butter is a delightful addition to dishes such as garlic bread, pizza, steak topping and more. For a twist, add wholegrain mustard or different fresh herbs such as chives or rosemary.
Ingredients
100g Pams Butter, softened
4 drops Pams Finest Natural Garlic Extract
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley leaves
Directions
Mix the butter, spice drops and parsley together.
It’s as simple as that!
Use immediately or wrap in plastic cling film and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
Makes enough for 1 baguette.
Tip: to avoid having to chop parsley, why not use the Pams Italian Herbs extract instead for a twist on your regular garlic bread.
