You don’t need to buy those expensive chemical cleaners for your toilet, if you have baking soda and vinegar lying around your home. Simply put ½ cup of baking soda into the toilet bowl, then pour on ½ cup of white vinegar. It will fizz, a bit like a volcano, and clean well if you leave it for 10 minutes to half an hour. Simply swish around with the toilet brush and you have a clean toilet. The best thing is that when you flush, you’re not sending unnecessary chemicals down the drain.
