It was claimed to be the new health drink of 2016, but there’s little research to back up that this drink is actually good for you. High in sugar, with little nutrients, it doesn’t make the cut. Stick to healthier alternatives like coconut water, or plain H20.

Another wheat alternative for those who follow a gluten-free diet, banana flour is high in potassium and is a healthier way to satisfy your carb cravings. It contains resistant starch which works to control your blood sugar levels and keep you fuller for longer.
