The mum of two reveals how hard she works to stay in shape

Megan Fox isn’t shy about revealing the effort involved in maintaining her slim figure, especially after having two children.

At the premiere for her new film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Megan opened up about her punishing workout routine and strict diet to E! News.

According to the 28-year-old actress, she exercises “really hard” twice a week and alternates cardio programmes with weights and circuit training.

Megan also says she cuts out all forms of bread and other similar carbohydrates, which means no crackers or chips, either. She’s even limited her daily coffee intake as well!

“The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day,” she told E!.

Perhaps the most shocking admission from Megan is that she sticks to this routine all the time, although even she can dream of a carb-laden feast or two.

“I don’t have any cheat days. But if I did, it would be pizza or cake,” she said.
