The reality star is making good on her goal of getting rid of her 'sympathy weight gain'

On Instagram, Khloe joked that her extra pounds were influenced by heavily pregnant sister Kourtney, but she was all seriousness at the gym with trainer Gunnar Peterson.

The fitness guru has worked with some of the most envied bods in the business, from Sofia Vergara to Jennifer Lopez – so it’s safe to say Khloe is in good hands!

She’s certainly not holding back on her gym sessions, as she posted this video of her ‘beast mode’ workout today:

Khloe is a fan of mixing up her workouts, as she told Cosmopolitan Australia back in February.

“I never like doing the same workout two days in a row, I just get bored. I’ll try anything except surfing,” she revealed.

The star is frequently seen out hiking and walking with her famous sisters, and getting down and dirty in the boxing ring is also a favourite.

“I’m just so busy having fun, I forget that I’m working out; 45 minutes go by and I’m dripping wet,” she told the magazine.
