Despite breaking her foot when filming her latest movie, Halle Berry appears to be in otherwise perfect shape. The 45-year-old mother, who is engaged to the actor Olivier Martinez, has the body of a woman half her age - with particularly toned buttocks.
Berry works with celebrity personal trainer Harley Pasternak, who advocates five minutes each of a warm up, upper body moves, lower body moves and fat-burning exercises every day. Regular kick-boxing helps to strengthen her gluteal muscles (in her bottom), as does hill-walking and stair climbing.
Try this:
The single leg squat is one of the best buttock toning exercises.
Stand on your right leg, in front of a dining chair or bench with your left leg raised up and straight out in front. Raise your arms in front of you for support.
Lower yourself down by bending the right leg until you're almost sitting down. Slowly stand up again. Do this ten to 12 times on each leg.
