Feeling seriously sleep deprived? Calculate just how tired you really are with this clever tool.

Interiors brand have launched a ‘Lost Sleep Calculator,’ in a bid to show people how much sleep they’ve missed out on over their lifetime.
By asking users their age and number of hours of sleep they got the night before, the calculator tells individuals if they really are sleep deprived – and if so how much they’re losing over a week, month, year and lifetime.
A spokesperson for the site said: "Many of us get into that competitive tiredness debate, where we feel like we are far more tired than our partner or peers and are far more stressed.
"It's commonplace to complain of feeling like a zombie, but are we really as sleep deprived as we think?"
