Get a better butt for spring

It’s time to get off the sofa and tighten up that saggy winter behind!

  • Every day, do some form of exercise that gets you up and going. oove it!

  • Work out with at least 30 minutes of cardio, focusing on your glutes (your butt’s major muscles). The treadmill is great, or go find some steep hills.

  • Do squats and lunges in sets of 15 to 20 every second day – as many sets as you can handle. Feel the burn!

  • Forget the lift, lazybones – take the stairs. With every step, make sure you plant your entire foot flat on the stair and keep squeezing your butt.

  • Take the monotony out of exercising – go dancing instead! Look what it did for Rachel Hunter.
