Hi April,
I’m Louise, 25 years old and on a weight loss journey with you April, the picture I have uploaded is a picture of me (i’m in the black dress) and some of my friends at a wedding in March. When I saw this photo, I cried. It didn’t feel like it was actually me.
Two and a half years ago I was a size 8-10, I use to be the same size as the o ther girls in the picture. I have lost a lot of self esteem along the way.
It has taken me a lot of courage to post on this site, all week I having been thinking of doing it, posting a photo publicly to strangers is a scary thought for me. But I am excited about the challenges and weight lose ahead!!
You are an inspiration April and I’m so glad I can be a part of this journey, bring it on!! I have been following you in the mag and on the website it has just taken me a while to upload the pic, so far I have lost 3.5kgs 🙂
