Keeping active for just 38 minutes a day can reduce the risk of cancer of the womb by nearly half. The World Cancer Research Fund’s Continuous Update Project found strong evidence that thousands of cases of the disease could be prevented every year if more women did nearly 40 minutes of physical activity every day, and maintained a healthy weight.
