Health news: Brushing teeth good for the heart

There’s more evidence that regularly brushing your teeth may help protect against heart attacks.

Scientists at Columbia University in New York have found brushing and flossing helps to stop 700 types of bacteria entering the bloodstream via your mouth.

This bacteria can cause hardening of the arteries.
