Easy calorie busters

Weekends are for indulging, but don't let all the exercise go to waste! Here are some simple ways to eat what you love with less calories.
  1. If you love chocolate puddings but  are watching your weight, always opt for chocolate mousse. The airier texture will mean there are fewer calories per serving.

  2. Switch your cold cut: One slice of Spanish bresaola has just 8 calories and a trace of saturated fat per slice, compared with 27 calories and 0.8g saturated fat in one slice of Italian salami milano.  Make that saving around 20 times on an average serving of eight to ten slices, and you could avoid inadvertently putting on an extra pound of flab.
